Responsible for device validation and customer support using 93K SMT7/SMT8 platform

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product definition, and application engineering to develop comprehensive test plans aimed at achieving targeted coverage and ensuring product quality.
• Provide expert ATE test solutions and recommendations based on device characteristics and design specifications.
• Independently perform validation of complex high-speed functions and AC parameters with high precision.
• Work with design and verification teams to create test patterns that support/enhance test plans.
• Manage revision control for test program development and oversee final releases to ensure continuity and quality.
• Provide customer support for issue debug.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and debug ATE project on 93K SMT8/SMT7 system
• Fluent written English writing is mandatory, fluent in spoken English is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in ATE-based work.
• Capable of performing schematic review and definition
• Prior experience operating ATE with high-speed module
• Prior experience on IC Design knowledge
