Grow & develop territory business by planning , coaching team members & tracking performance. Responsibilities Selling & Merchandising Develop territory business through wider & deeper Key Account & Indirect Coverage Define execution standards & ensure compliance to Gold Merchandising Standards Drive execution of ASAP for all Key Accounts & escalate any key issues to RU Drive Direct coverage agenda for potential accounts & distribution width agenda through indirect coverage Coaching Work with each member in market at least once a month & provide developmental feedback Conduct effective weekly meeting with team (SO). Hire& train SO team Qualifications Integrity Thinking Skills Drives for results Motivates and Collaborates with others Builds Talent ( Transfer Skill in effective way) Communicates Productively Bachelor’s Degree Demonstrated track record of success 1-2 years people leadership experience Key Account experience is plus 3-5 years front-line sales experience Negotiation/problem solving skills D&A management experience preferred Large team (five or more) responsibility preferred Distributor management experience preferred Industry knowledge preferred Professional selling skills & negotiation skills Sales planning and time management Mandarin & English (preferred if have English capability) Skills in MS office
