THE ROLE

Based in Innsbruck, AT | 15 September 2026 - 30 April 2027

We are seeking an enthusiastic On-Snow Demos & Sales Coordinator to join our Austria/Germany team in Innsbruck. This seasonal role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, event management, and retail partner relations within a fast-paced, international environment in the outdoor sport industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Retail Sales support. Includes supporting FSSC sales representatives with management and servicing of Retail Partner accounts. You will not be directly managing Retail Partner accounts and selling products. Rather, you will foster the brand-to-Retail-Partner relationship and facilitate execution of Retail Partner agreements, as determined by FSSC Sales Representatives.
  • Product training sessions Involves regional travel, visits to Retail Partners’ store locations to educate shop staff about the brands and products, with aim to boost product sell-through.
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives to call Retail Partner accounts to service their needs: common items include order fulfillment, local sales events, etc.
  • Staff & assist with Retail Partner sales & community events, including holiday sales, ski club sales, film screenings, etc. Involves regional travel. Engage with customers in the store and retail staff to share the story of the FSSC brands, products and films, and sometimes to facilitate direct sales.
  • Assist Regional Sales Team with trade show execution, including but not limited to setting up trade show booth space, assisting with or occasionally leading sales appointments, breaking down trade show booth space, and transferring booth materials from place to place, show to show.
  • Office administration work. Including but not limited to logging orders, tracking sales, CRM platform updating.
  • Receiving and inventorying product samples at the Innsbruck office prior to trade shows and demos.
  • General shipping and receiving of products at the Innsbruck office.
  • Distribution of sales tools to Retail Partners, including trade marketing assets and digital trade marketing assets
  • Following a set calendar of events, as pre-determined by you and your Manager

Demo Management:

  • Manage FSSC’s Austria and Germany. product sample and showroom sets. Includes receiving products from the warehouse; prepping and tuning products where applicable prior to demo; tracking inventory of all product samples.
  • Active participation in both trade and consumer-based ski & snowboard on-snow demos and trade fairs, includes regional travel.
  • Responsible for transporting product samples to and from events.

Role Specifics:

  • You will report to the European Sales Manager
  • The position entails approximately 40% of time traveling for work purposes, travel predominantly across Austria
  • Weekend work will be required at times. Time spent working on weekends is earned back as ‘days in lieu’ in accordance with rules set in our employee handbook
  • Expenses while traveling are covered by the company, in accordance with rules set in our employee handbook

Requirements

  • Native German speaker, fluent in English
  • Valid driver’s license B
  • Outgoing personality, comfortable communicating with retail partners on the phone and in person
  • Self-starter
  • Proficiency with common software including MS Office Suite (Excel in particular) and the Google Suite
  • Flexibility to travel for work purposes
  • Flexibility to work on weekends

A plus:

  • Winter Sports retail experience
  • Hands-on experience with skis & snowboards
  • Strong ski & snowboard product knowledge
  • A flexible schedule to allow for work-travel
  • Experience with a CRM system
