
Perform maintenance activities to support the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assigned plants. This includes reliability performance data, project management, process / equipment optimization, engineering design, procurement, risk assessment, and reliability best practice.
Hourly Rate: $38.00 - $48.00
This role will provide technical subject matter expertise support for or lead
· Work in a safe manner and comply with OSHA and The Company Safety rules.
· Responsible for maintenance and installation of all field instruments
· Responsible for process control computers and electrical maintenance at all The Company facilities
· Operates and controls equipment used in an air separation plant.
· Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification
· Maintains quality control and quality assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs - Install, maintain, adjust and repair manual, pneumatic, electric and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation.
· Maintains calibration standards, including inspection, testing and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders , rebuild pumps, clean coolers, help with rotating equipment rebuilds. Perform routine and non-routine analytical calibrations and adjustments.
· Works with management team to schedule calibration and preventive maintenance programs to achieve plant and company strategic quality goals. Assists in the training and development of others when needed
· Performs maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and other plant equipment, when required.
· Reliability best practice development and compliance enforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies),
· Accurate, organized, and on-time administrative reporting (reports, schedule, tasks, time, costs, etc.)
· Reads and interprets technical drawings and manuals.
· Ability to research, select and negotiate purchases for suitable plant equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals - Statistical and analytical skills.
