How will you contribute and grow?

For our plant in Wiler bei Utzenstorf, we are looking for a service-oriented, proactive, and reliable:

ASU Maintenance Manager (m/f/d, 100%)

  • Maintenance Planning: Plan and coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for the ASU.
  • Operational Excellence & Safety: Ensure a safe, reliable, quality-compliant, efficient, and environmentally friendly operation of the plant's maintenance activities
  • Project & Turnaround Management: Coordinate and support technical modifications and engineering projects on site together with the support of TAR management.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous proactive process improvements and utilize your affinity for automated systems to optimize operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain, update, and provide plant documentation, including operating manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • On-Call Duty: Coordinate and participate in the on-call rotation to secure uninterrupted customer gas supply and perform prompt troubleshooting when required.
  • Act as the deputy of the plant manager when needed.

Are you a match?

  • Completed technical education, preferably in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or a related field (FH/HF)
  • Maintenance experience within a process-oriented industrial environment (e.g., chemical, petrochemical, process engineering, or gas plant)
  • Understanding of chemical/process engineering technologies (compressors, pumps, turbines, distillation columns, pneumatics, and hydraulics)
  • English is a MUST, German a strong plus.
