Join us at Novartis and play a key role in advancing analytical excellence that supports the delivery of high-quality medicines to patients worldwide. As an AS&T Specialist, you will combine scientific expertise with project coordination to support analytical method lifecycle activities, analytical transfers, validation programs, and equipment management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead and coordinate analytical transfer projects, review analytical raw data, develop validation and qualification documentation, contribute to the implementation of new analytical technologies, and ensure robust scientific and technical support across the product lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented scientist who enjoys solving technical challenges, driving continuous improvement, and making a direct impact on product quality and process reliability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
