Assurance Technical ConsultantThis role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Inside HPE Telco Solutions organization, the OSS Assurance Technology Practice is a team of consultants in charge of delivering technical projects worldwide on OSS Assurance products, and is looking for motivated and experienced consultant, familiar with Fault and Performance management and Correlation products and solutions, Data visualization solutions.

Experience or understanding of some of our Telco Solutions Assurance domain products like TeMIP, UCA (Correlation), UOC (UI) or trouble ticketing integration (UTTL) is needed and we expect to offer rapidly the possibility to ramp-up on the new Automated Assurance products (Fault and Performance).

Our team is supporting/accelerating the Cloud/SaaS transformation and new Cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift will be used in these services.

What you will do :

In a typical day as Technical Consultant in OSS Assurance Technology Practice, you would:

• Be responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, based on HPE OSS Assurance products and in accordance with an agreed technical design. Capable to be delivery hands on based on project specificities.
• This includes
  • The deployment and configuration of HPE OSS Assurance products into customer environment,
  • the definition of Correlation and Automation rules for problem detection, service impact analysis and automatic remediation
  • the Customization of user interfaces to fit with customer needs
  • the integration of the HPE OSS Assurance products within customer existing ecosystem like trouble ticketing system, inventory, Network equipment.
  • the application of AI/ML based capabilities to accelerate identification and resolution of problems
• Contribute to the technical design (LLD) for OSS assurance solutions to be implemented based on customer requirements and High level design solution
• Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives.
• Liaises with project Solution Architect or with Assurance Product Management or R&D as appropriate.
• Provides technical support and input on the OSS Assurance products and solutions
• Communicates across client community and be viewed as adding value.

What You Need To Bring:

• Minimum five years of experience in Telecom OSS Assurance Application delivery.
• Has domain knowledge in OSS Assurance Fault management or Performance management
• Hands-on experience deployments, Integration, configuration and troubleshooting of OSS Assurance applications
• Expertise in working on Linux environment
• Nice to have experience in HPE Assurance products (TeMIP, UCA, UOC, Intelligent Assurance)
