As the Leader of the Business Operations COE Assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the QMS strategy for the Gas Power business. This leader and their team will work closely with the Business Operations functions to drive QMS ensuring proper process compliance and improvements. An experienced agent of cultural change, this leader is a strong influencer with a track record of delivery. In addition, this leader partners with the regional, operational and functional teams to drive the use of Quality processes and tools, monitor process performance and enable data analysis
What You’ll Do:
Develop and improve the Quality Management System based on standard, business and user requirements and best practices. Provide standardized and user-friendly Quality Tools (DMS, Portal, Audit Tools, Dashboards) to run Quality Management Systems.
Ensure management of change for new/modified processes as well as for larger changes in organization, processes or tools.
Ensure the conformance of the Quality Management System with external and internal requirements. Develop and implement an external audit program for the business and coordinate the external audits with the ISO 9001, 55001, 14001 and 45001 certifying body
Monitor the closure of internal and external audit findings and the implementation of respective corrective actions.
Leading, training, monitoring and developing of the internal quality auditor community.
Be an advocate by risk-based thinking. Participate in and support the Quality communication in order to develop the Quality mindset.
What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications):
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality and Quality Management.
Minimum 5 years of operational experience (field service, supply chain, engineering, repairs, customer service, etc.).
Knowledge and understanding of applicable international standards 9001, 55001, 14001, 45001
Experience in document management, auditing management applications and process modelling (Gensuite, Documentum / CARA and Process Modelling software)

Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Familiar with lean, statistics, six sigma, quality assurance & quality control and other quality concepts
Committed to process improvement.
Significant experience in Quality & Quality Management including knowledge of the applicable international standards 9001, 55001, 14001, 45001
