As a Manager in Financial Markets Securitization, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs, developing tailored financial solutions, and providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your broad understanding of finance consulting to support clients in achieving their financial goals and improving decision-making processes.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
