As a Manager in the Financial Market specializing in Kyriba Treasury Management System, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize their performance and decision-making. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to improve delivery. Your ability to analyze and identify system interactions will be crucial in taking ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff, encouraging them to develop skills outside their comfort zone, and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members. Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities, all while upholding professional and technical standards.

What You Must Have

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Kyriba Certification is Mandatory.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
