PwC Middle East’s Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

Therefore, our Digital Audit practice focuses on helping organizations review and strengthen every aspect of theirbusiness fromthe latest tools to help digitize the way we deliver audits through automation, AI, dataanalyticsand innovation.
Our Digital Audit practiceprovidesa wide range of services and business advice that is not limited to IT General Controls (ITGC), ERP Configurations (SAP, Oracle) and IT automated controls, SOX Compliance, Business cycle/process controls review as well as Segregation of Duties testing.
How You’ll Contribute
AsaSAP ITGC Senior Associate at PwC, you will play a critical role in providing assurance services related to SAP systems, specifically focusing on IT general controls (ITGC) and business process controls (BPC). You willsupport inengagements, collaborate with clients, andprovideexpert guidance on SAP-related risks and controls. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Leading engagements related to SAP IT general controls (ITGC) and business process controls (BPC), including planning, scoping, execution, and reporting.
Assessing the design and operating effectiveness of ITGC within SAP environments, including access controls, change management, security administration, and system development.
Evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of business process controls (BPC) within SAP applications, such asprocure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.
Developing and executing testing procedures to evaluate the implementation and operation of ITGC and BPC controls, including conducting walkthroughs, performing testing, and analyzing results.
Identifyingcontrol deficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement within SAP systems, and providing recommendations for remediation and enhancement.
Communicating audit findings, observations, and recommendations to client management in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Collaborating with client personnel to address questions, concerns, and recommendations related to SAP ITGC and BPC controls, and providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.
Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to SAP systems and IT controls and incorporating relevant insights into client engagements and methodologies.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members, providing guidance on technical matters, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
You are ambitious and youutilizeopportunities to grow and develop. In addition, yourecogniseyourself in the following characteristics:
A degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, ora relatedfield.
Completed or pursuing a professional qualification, such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, CISM, CRISC or aMaster’sdegree.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or consulting, with a focus on SAP systems and controls.
Strong understanding of SAP applications, modules, and components, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP GRC, SAP BPC, SAPSolmanand SAP Security.
Experience with SAP ITGC and BPC frameworks, standards, and methodologies, such as COBIT, COSO, and ITIL.
Proficiencyin SAP security concepts, including user access management, segregation of duties (SoD), and role design.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex IT environments andidentifycontrol deficiencies and risks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, effectively communicate findings and recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead engagements, manage teams, and drive projects to successful completion.
Bilingualproficiencyin Arabic and English (oral and written).
Willingness to challenge the ‘norms’and tocreate a cohesive and effective working team
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
