1. Responsible to perform daily operation activities in technical store. Ensure high level of stock materials availability and data accuracy.
2. Responsible for documents preparation and coordination of daily scrap disposal activities.
Details :
Inventory and Scrap Management
Prepare documents and coordinate the scrap disposal activities. Liaise with procurement, finance, weighbridge, supply chain, credit control, EHS team, multiple area owners and service providers to complete the disposal process and documents.
Manage the scrap segregation at scrap yard and all the scrap bins. Daily check to identify any mix of different category of scrap. Coordinate with users for the segregation works when necessary. Ensure good housekeeping at scrap yard.
Assist cycle stock count activities according to Bunge standard. Ensure stock count accuracy for the responsible area.
To perform good receive (GR) in SAP system for completed service job after receiving the documents.
Assist receiving and issuing of materials. Perform material transaction (e.g GR and GI) in SAP system within targeted timeline.
Assist supervisor to unload materials from the trucks and re-arrange the materials properly at storage rack, bins or designated area.
Assist supervisor to label the materials with material code clearly. Racking and bins should be labeled with proper code numbers. Register storage bin number in SAP system.
Assist supervisor to monitor stock level. Report to superior if found materials pending for delivery. Avoid out of stock due to delay of re-ordering the materials.
Assist to maintain the accuracy of Master Inventory list. To request for new material code creation if necessary.
Perform tasks assigned by superior when required.
Requirement :
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent
2. Minimum > 3 years working experience.
3. Computer literate, good interpersonal skills
4. Basic knowledge on maintenance spare parts.
5. Basic knowledge on various type of industrial materials .
6. Forklift driving skills.
7. Familiar with SAP system.
