As Assistant Stewarding Manager in our staff cafeteria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team members receive extraordinary culinary services day in and day out.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the staff cafeteria area.
• Supervise and train cafeteria staff in food handling and safety procedures.
• Assist in menu planning, ensuring a variety of nutritious, appetizing meals for staff members.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain records of food and beverage consumption.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Take an active role in resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling shifts and managing payroll.

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food and beverage setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
