Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Slots department. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals while monitoring achievement of performance and profit objectives.
  • Adheres to scheduling requirements and coordinates with management regarding any concerns, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Assists in the departmental budget process by providing recommendations, supporting budget initiatives, and reporting budget concerns to management.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.
  • Provides authorizing and verifying signatures for jackpot payments, when applicable, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Works closely with management to implement and oversee strategies related to customer service, comping, slot floor layout and mix, revenue growth, and expense management to maximize profitability.
  • Shares responsibility for team member engagement by addressing and managing feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances.
  • Assists with maintaining and processing departmental paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications.
  • Shares responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations during assigned shifts.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility and reports potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in Slots Operations; or two (2) years of customer service management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must have thorough knowledge of Slots Operations.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent and literate in English.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and have knowledge of Slots operating systems.

• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
