Job Description

Key Responsibilities

FP&A

  • Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly outlook processes.
  • Develop revenue, margin, and operating expense forecasts.
  • Deliver management reporting and performance analysis, including periodic presentations for regional and corporate leadership.

Commercial Finance

  • Support pricing, profitability analysis, and bid reviews.
  • Evaluate customer contracts and commercial proposals.
  • Perform product, customer, and channel profitability analysis.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve revenue and margin performance.

Revenue Recognition

  • Support revenue recognition compliance under India GAAP and U.S. GAAP.
  • Review Percentage of Completion (POC) calculations for service and Encore work orders.

Order-to-Cash (“OTC”) Governance

  • Monitor OTC processes and controls.
  • Review customer credit exposure and payment trends.
  • Supervision of AR and collections teams to improve cash conversion.

Business Partnering

  • Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, and Regional Leadership.
  • Provide decision support and scenario modelling.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Responsible for partnering with the business unit and HR on a quarterly basis to analyse labour rates and update the local ERP as required to new hourly cost and sell rates. Partner with service manager(s) to successfully forecast labour absorption on a quarterly basis.
