– Assistant Manager – Lubricant Filling / Production

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager – Lubricant Filling / Production to manage lubricant filling operations and supervise production activities across 2 shifts. The candidate must have strong experience in lubricant filling operations, SAP knowledge, team handling capability, and training skills to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Filling Operations

· Handle complete lubricant filling operations for multiple filling lines.

· Manage and monitor production activities of 2 shifts effectively.

· Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime.

· Coordinate with blending, maintenance, warehouse, QA/QC, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

· Ensure proper machine utilization, line efficiency, and housekeeping standards.

· Monitor product quality, filling accuracy, and packing standards.

Shift & Team Management

· Supervise operators, helpers, and shift staff efficiently.

· Ensure smooth shift handover and proper production reporting.

· Allocate manpower as per production planning and operational priorities.

· Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity within the department.

SAP & Reporting

· Perform production-related SAP entries and maintain production records.

· Monitor material consumption, production output, and stock movement through SAP.

· Prepare daily production reports, downtime reports, and shift reports.

Training & Development

· Provide proper operational training to production staff and operators.

· Train the team on SOPs, safety procedures, quality standards, and machine operations.

· Develop a positive and team-oriented work culture.

Safety & Compliance

· Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance on the shop floor.

· Follow company quality standards, ISO procedures, and operational guidelines.

· Maintain safe and clean working conditions in the production area.

Requirements

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lubricant filling / production operations.

· Experience in handling lubricant filling lines and production manpower.

· Good knowledge of SAP for production and inventory activities.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

· Ability to handle production operations independently across 2 shifts.

· Must be a team player with good training capability.
