Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule to achieve customer satisfaction

Knowledge and experience of electrical layouts, component cabinets and wiring plans of the above equipment.

Knowledge of Siemens PLC, HMI, Vision Systems, VFD programming and Servo Motors.

Hands-on experience in wireless communication systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues independently.

Hands-on experience with Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi PLC and SCADA.

Monitor and maintain insurance and consumable spare parts stock.

Hands-on experience in Teaching and I/O Module Configuration.

Maintain systematic backups of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and PC-based machines.

Improve MTTR and MTBF through proactive Kaizens.

Reduce spare cost and consumption through a systematic approach and timely availability.

Execute and improve the effectiveness of PM, TBM and CBM activities on equipment.

Maintain equipment safety by monitoring safety interlocks and implementing Poka-Yoke

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

B.Tech-Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics;

General Experience

3- 7 years

Critical Experience

Automation - preferably Allen bradly & Mitsubishi

Robo operation and maintenance – preferably KUKA

Servo Drives maintenance.

Evaculated process filling machines

Oil, Collnat-Filling and Sealant dispensers - Maintenance

Basic knowledge of Pneumatics and hydraulics

Process Knowledge - Assembly
