MISSION
Execute Human Resources administrative processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and the proper management of requests and records.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Statutory Compliance
100% Ensure the Statutory Requirements Are In Compliance Relating To All the Labour Law Acts Relating Corporate Office and Site.
Contract Labour Management Includes – Arranging Manpower, Audit Of All the Statutory Documents, Bringing Awareness on Statutory Compliance.
ISO and Audit
Designing and administrating comprehensive compliance, regulatory & statutory management framework, and ISO control documentation.
ISO audit coordination for HR
Workday
Handling complete Recruitment process in Workday
Employees data updation
Training completed details updation in Workday
Employee Mobility
Handling the International mobility of employees – which involves coordination for the agreement, briefing to employees about the policy, Per diem calculation and payment and also supporting in Taxation and statutory compliance and working with Tax consultant.
Training
Technical and soft-skill Training Coordination, Tracking Training Data and Documentation of all the training as per ISO requirement
Payroll
Lead the End to End Payroll.
Make sure that all the monthly statutory payments are done with in the due date.
Salary budget preparation and tracking
Periodically evaluation HR policy and procedure
Administration
Office administration, pantry management, security and housekeeping along with relocation and refurbishing as per the corporate standards and to ensure smooth transition.
Prepare, track and control budget related to general services, site administration and follow-up with vendors for submission of bills on time.
Attendance and leave management of the employees.
Regular checking of vendor invoices and ensure that it is as per agreement or P.O
Prepare the draft agreement for the vendors, to get it legally vetted and co-ordinate with vendors for execution of the agreement and track those agreements for renewal.
This position is individual contributor role and doesnot have any reportees.
This position doesnot have authority for approvals.
This position is accountable for above mentioned job

Required Skills and Competencies
EDUCATION
MBA/ MSW from reputed/recognized university
EXPERIENCE
4-5 years of experience in similar roles
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Languages
- English
- Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document management, data analysis, presentations, and internal communication.
- HCM tools (Workday or others)
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
- Understanding of applicable labor and social security regulations, including contracts, payrolls, dismissals, collective bargaining agreements, and employee rights, ensuring compliance with regulations in each jurisdiction where the company operates.
- Familiarity with the main processes for talent management, personnel administration, benefits, and absence and leave management, ensuring proper operations in coordination with other HR areas.
- Understanding the organizational structure, labor dynamics, and specific regulations of the energy sector or related sectors, facilitating the adaptation of administrative processes and compliance with sector-specific requirements.
