MAJOR ACTIVITIES

  • Commodity Strategy & Panel Management
  • Help manage a competitive supplier base for BOP & Non-BOP commodities.
  • Support the development and execution of commodity strategies.
  • Assist in supplier panel updates and documentation for RSM, GD/GDD review.
  • Help with QCDDM assessments and support supplier sustainability evaluations.
  • Sourcing Management & Supplier Performance
  • Support NDA, RFQ, quote, and NRC processes per Nissan guidelines.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and contribute to supplier nominations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and approvals through NSC.
  • Help in RFQ evaluations and negotiations with suppliers.
  • Product Development Support
  • Support supplier inputs during design phases and assist in VT approvals.
  • Help process VT POs and coordinate development activities through LSPM/Buyer.
  • Monitor supplier capacity and assist in PSW sign-offs.
  • Contribute to securing timely PO releases and meeting development timelines.
  • QCDDM & Supplier Performance Management
  • Support negotiations with suppliers to meet QCDDM targets.
  • Assist in tracking QCDDM performance and implementing corrective actions.
  • Help address any supplier quality or performance issues.
  • People & Team Management
  • Assist LSPM and Buyer teams in executing sourcing plans and achieving goals.
  • Ensure team alignment with BOP & Non-BOP strategies and Renault-Nissan KPIs.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Employee Development & Engagement
  • Assist in workforce planning and identify training needs.
  • Help implement training programs and support team development.
  • Participate in performance reviews and contribute to a positive work culture.
