Job Description

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our talented team. In this role, you will assist the Human Resources Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in developing training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve any HR-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor employee performance management processes, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adept at handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
