ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

作为（助理）客户服务专员，您将负责跟进及处理客户订单，确保订单履行的及时性与准确性，并为客户提供优质的服务体验。该职位旨在建立并维护良好的客户关系，积极促成业务合作，支持团队目标的顺利达成。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• 执行公司客户服务流程，受理订单，检查订单执行情况，促进订单履行的及时性及准确性，确保符合客户要求。
• 通过电话、电邮、传真等渠道，及时受理及跟进客户的咨询、建议及意见。
• 遵循公司的流程及服务标准，及时受理及跟进客户投诉。
• 通过日常工作与客户建立良好的合作关系，主动分析潜在销售机会，促成更多订单成交并积极配合主管完成团队销售目标。
• 完成公司及部门各项要求，如服务水平、成本控制、质量成本等方面。
• 遵守公司各项政策、系统操作规程及规章制度，积极配合和参与公司质量认证、安全及5S等在部门内的开展。
• 积极支持和协助部门其他员工完成各项任务及目标，开展跨部门团队合作，推动订单及项目执行。
• 积极参与公司各类型改善项目，配合及参与个人及部门业绩考核。
• 参与及提供对新员工的指导和培训，完成管理人员及上司安排的其他工作。

职位要求

• 大专或以上学历，具备2年以上相关行业（如跟单、客户服务等）工作经验。
• 英语听说读写熟练，熟悉电脑操作、Windows操作系统及办公软件（Word, Excel等）。
• 以客户为导向，关注客户需求，具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心。
• 具备良好的表达能力和沟通能力。
• 具备一定的应变能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识，能独立处理紧急问题与事件。
• 工作态度积极主动。
• 具备一定的分析问题能力，擅长数据处理。
• 具有辅导或培训新员工经验者优先考虑。
