1. In line with prescribed WMH’s policies and procedures. Overall responsible for Banquet administration and operations of the sections appointed in the F&B division. Maximize profits, saving cost and guest satisfaction. 2.Assist to ensure that the Food & Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
