We are relocating several of our core departments from London to Gothenburg, and as a result, we're growing our Swedish team in a major way. This means we're hiring across multiple departments simultaneously - including Brand, Product, Design, and more.

We are looking for our next Assortment Planner. In this role, you will own the end-to-end assortment, integrating both core/existing product lines and new introductions into one cohesive seasonal plan. You have a strong analytical mindset and a thorough understanding of product and commercial dynamics - ensuring every assortment decision is grounded in both creativity and business needs.

Acting at the intersection of Buying, Product Development, Production, Design, Brand, and Commercial, you ensure cross-departmental alignment, lead the seasonal critical path, and continuously follow up to keep all workstreams on track. You are passionate about planning and take ownership of your work from start to finish - someone who brings both structural precision and a collaborative spirit to every stage of the process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and manage retail store assortments

• Plan range segmentations, tailoring product offerings by tier, location, and channel, to serve both direct-to-consumer stores and B2B wholesale partners effectively

• Own the consolidated seasonal assortment plan, merging core/continuity lines with new product introductions from the Merchandise Planning Manager into a unified range

• Lead the seasonal critical path end-to-end, setting milestones for Buying, Product Development, Production, Design, Marketing, and Commercial, and continuously following up to ensure on-time delivery

• Act as the central coordination point across departments, facilitating alignment meetings, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring each team's deliverables feed into the overall timeline

• Maintain and optimize the existing assortment by analyzing sell-through, stock levels, and lifecycle data, making recommendations on carryovers, phase-outs, and replenishment

• Consolidate seasonal inputs (pricing, channel allocation, marketing activations) into a single assortment view and present to senior leadership for sign-off

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Academic degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field

• 5+ years experience in assortment planning, critical-path management, and cross-functional coordination within footwear or fashion

• Proven ability to drive alignment across many teams

• At least two years within a brand

• Highly organised and process-driven

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused

• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills

• Analytical with strong commercial awareness
