Job Title Associte Manager - Automation Shift Support(Mechanical )

Purpose of the Job To improve production facilities, reduce the
incidence of costly breakdowns and To ensure maximum availability of automation system by
improving Reliability of system and safety of plant

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for Planning, scheduling, and implementation of Preventive, Predictive, Shutdown maintenance of Automation Systems.
• Trouble shooting of Breakdowns and Review deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with project team in Erection, Commissioning activities of automated tyre handling process.
• Coordinate with central Engineering functions like utilities, Electrical and electronics function to address equipment concern.
• Ensure targets of Equipment availability, MTBR & MTBF are met.
• Spares management of Automation Area.
• Coordinate JH activities, 5S activities within automation Area.
• Optimize work process, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.
• Participate in Improvement activities like
