Les Associés aux ventes au détail veillent au bon fonctionnement de nos magasins et offrent un service à la clientèle exemplaire. Grâce à leur connaissance approfondie des produits, ils utilisent des techniques de vente appropriées pour accompagner les clients à chaque étape du processus de transaction, tout en représentant positivement la marque New Balance.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Offrir un service à la clientèle en utilisant des techniques de vente appropriées, une bonne connaissance des produits et le modèle de service GUEST:

  • Accueillir les clients et établir un contact
  • Comprendre les besoins du client
  • Informer le client sur les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits
  • Résoudre les problèmes du client / répondre à leurs questions
  • Conclure la vente grâce à la vente suggestive, la vente multiple et une fermeture efficace
  • Mesurer et ajuster correctement les clients avec les produits NB appropriés
  • Informer les clients de toute promotion en cours
  • Maintenir le plancher impeccable: propre, bien organisé et bien approvisionné
  • S’assurer que les articles sont correctement étiquetés et affichés au bon prix
  • Protéger nos produits en accueillant les clients, en attachant/détachant les étiquettes de sécurité, en surveillant la marchandise au sol, en rapportant toute perte ou violation de sécurité, etc.
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité, incluant les procédures de levage appropriées et le signalement rapide de tout accident ou quasi‑incident

EXIGENCES POUR RÉUSSIR

  • Aimer le contact avec les gens!
  • Expérience en vente au détail préférée, mais non obligatoire
  • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication verbale
  • Capacité démontrée à s’épanouir dans un environnement d’équipe
  • Connaissance des fonctions de caisse
  • Capacité à effectuer rapidement des calculs mathématiques de base
  • Disponibilité pour un horaire flexible incluant soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés
  • Capacité à:
    • soulever fréquemment 4 lb
    • soulever occasionnellement jusqu’à 8 lb
    • s’agenouiller ou s’accroupir fréquemment
    • déplacer des boîtes de produits jusqu’à 50 lb (avec assistance si nécessaire)
    • rester debout pendant de longues périodes
    • monter une échelle occasionnellement
    • monter et descendre des escaliers fréquemment (selon le magasin)

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while providing high levels of flexibility to associates. North American office-based associates are expected to come into the office on Wednesdays, with other occasional in-office days for in-person meetings and events as needed. Our offices are fully open and amenities are available across our North American office locations.
