The Association Banking Portfolio Manager is responsible for the management of an Association Banking loan portfolio, as well as underwriting and presenting community association loans for approval.

Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 5 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Systems (NMLS). The NMLS web site provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.

-Must have general computer skills.
-The ability to communicate using oral and written skills.
