The Talent People is partnering with an established regional advisory platform with a growing footprint across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The organization provides high-level strategic advisory services to institutional and corporate stakeholders and is entering a new phase of regional expansion. To support this growth, they are seeking a senior leader to drive and scale their Singapore and SEA consulting practice.

About The Role

This is a commercially accountable leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and strategic direction of the consulting business in Singapore, with regional coverage across SEA.

The role combines P&L ownership, client origination, senior stakeholder advisory, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening market presence and expanding the regional platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Singapore-based consulting practice with regional oversight

• Own revenue, margin, and financial performance targets

• Drive new business origination and deepen senior client relationships

• Oversee delivery of complex, high-value advisory engagements

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing consulting team

• Strengthen brand positioning and industry presence across SEA

• Ensure governance, delivery standards, and operational discipline

Experience Required

• Senior leadership experience within consulting, advisory, or strategy-led environments

• Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth track record

• Strong client origination and stakeholder engagement capability

• Experience advising on complex commercial or investment-related matters

• Proven ability to lead and develop consulting teams

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Advanced qualifications such as an MBA are advantageous.
