Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do:

We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts Payable team as a Associate/Senior Associate - Accounts Payable, with a focus on Commission note preparation for Channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to ensure accurate and timely commission note processing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation of Commission Notes (Commission, Bonus, Advance commission, GIC, Flywire etc) within 3 working days of the payment received from Universities.

• Preparation of Commission Payments (Commission, Bonus, Advance commission, GIC, Flywire etc) within 3 working days of the invoice received from Partner Associates.

• You are required to do accounting of KC Overseas Education Pvt Ltd in Tally on a day-to-day basis for commission payments.

• Daily filing of all the commission payment vouchers.

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts

• The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient at MS Office (especially Excel), Tally.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• At least secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & Bachelors

• Motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving.

• Should be adopt in establishing interpersonal relations independently.
