Currently we are looking for Associates& Senior Associates to join our Auditand Assurance team.

What is required for the position:

• 1-2 years of experience in audit and internal audit (for A level);

• 3-6 years of experience in audit and internal audit (for SA level);

• Fluency in English;

• Fluency in Macedonian language;

• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;

• Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical skills and organizational abilities;

• Strong team working skills;

• Open to new technologies;

• Experience in Big 4 companies will be considered as an advantage;

• ACCA qualification or equivalent will be considered as an advantage (for SA level)

It’s expected that you:

• Have knowledge of clients’ business and respond quickly and effectively to client requests;

• Assist other team members in their work and share gathered information with colleagues;

• Are self-aware, ask for feedback on your work, respect sincere suggestions for improvements and take appropriate steps according to the feedback received;

• Are open to ask for advice or help when needed;

• Can take responsibility for assigned work;

• Show ability to prioritise work;

• Are open to new technologies

• Willingness to travel.
