Our Bucharest office was established in 2008 and has continuously grown over the years, being a team of internationally trained Romanian lawyers and tax consultants, able to handle complex legal and tax matters, combining local industry knowledge with international experience.
As part of our employment team in Bucharest, you will work alongside a strong team of lawyers specialised in providing a wide scope of legal services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to give advice about all aspects of individual and collective labour law; you will draft individual employment agreements, implement terminations (irrespective of the grounds), assist in collective negotiations for executing collective labour bargaining agreements, advise on mobility related aspects (including transnational posting), internal policies etc. As part of your role, you may also become involved in litigating in employment litigation cases, assisting in negotiations with trade unions, pleadings, etc.
