Associate Dentist Full-Time | PPO-Only Practice

A well-established, private dental practice in the Greensboro, NC area is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join the team. You'll join a patient-focused team known for its friendly, relationship-driven care. With two hygienists, two experienced dental assistants, and a dependable front office staff, the practice runs smoothly and is highly trusted in the community. The position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys working independently, values clinical autonomy, and thrives in a supportive team culture.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
Comfortable with a steady, solo schedule
Strong interpersonal skills and patient rapport
DDS/DMD from an accredited program
Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license
Committed to high-quality, ethical care
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary starting near $200,000 (negotiable), paid monthly
33% adjusted production bonus, whichever is higher
Negotiable sign-on bonus

Practice & Schedule Highlights
Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (4-day workweek)
Team: 1 general dentist, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants, front desk staff
Operatories: 1 doctor operatory + 2 hygiene operatories
PPO-only no Medicaid or HMO
Digital systems and paperless records
Strong word-of-mouth referral base and excellent community reputation
