
The Management Department at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin is seeking tenured faculty members. The ideal candidates for our faculty positions have the ability to teach and do high quality research that will have a major impact both on theory and the practice of management. Depending on the candidates' interests, teaching assignments will be flexible and could include courses at the undergraduate, MBA, Ph.D., or executive levels. A Ph.D is required. Please note that in addition to candidates with degrees in management, we are interested in those with degrees in psychology, sociology, and related disciplines.
