About the
Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate
to join our growing Wills & Estates team.You’ll work closely with our experienced practice leader - recommended
in Doyles Guide for Estate Planning and Estate Litigation - and be supported by
a skilled and collaborative team.

In this role you will
lead complex matters across estate planning, probate, estate administration,
and litigation. You’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and
business owners, providing tailored solutions that reflect their unique needs.

Additional
responsibilities of this role will include:

• Wills and estate planning including complex high net worth scenarios.
• Asset protection (personal, business, corporate, family trusts and superannuation).
• Probate and estate administration.
• Estate disputes and litigation.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 2 years post qualification experience with experience in estate planning,
  administration and disputes.
• A genuine interest in continuing to develop a broad Wills & Estates practice.
• Strong
  problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• A strong client‑focused mindset and a passion for achieving commercially sound
  outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
• The ability to work autonomously with appropriate support, as well as
  collaboratively.
