Pacvue establishing a local presence in LATAM, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. About the role:
The Associate Web Designer is responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing websites, digital, and print experiences, combining strong visual design with UI/UX best practices to drive engagement and conversion. This role partners closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, brand-aligned web experiences. The designer owns projects through the full design lifecycle, from initial concepts and wireframes to final execution, while following established design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive best practices. The role drives continuous improvement across the web design function, using data, user insights, and cross-functional input to independently identify opportunities and elevate design quality. We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional graphic design foundation, ideally from a marketing background, who can translate their prior experience and skillset across a variety of creative assets — with web at the forefront.
