YOUR MISSION

  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of all product offerings and be able to accurately differentiate products.
  • Maintain forklift certification and be able to operate all material handling equipment safely and efficiently (ie. forklift, pallet jacks, reach, carts, etc).
  • Support receiving activities to include unloading of trucks, sorting and counting of incoming materials, and palletizing of materials.
  • Safely transport materials between Quality Assurance, Bulk Locations, and Forward Pick locations.
  • Ensure pallets are stored
  • Support consolidation and organization of inventory to maximize storage utilization and maintain efficient warehouse operations.
  • Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, and stored according to company standards. This includes the labeling and storage of non-inventoried items for other CPG departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse where pallets are properly stacked, forward picks are neatly organized, and aisles are clear for movement.
  • Collaborate with Production Planners, Quality Assurance, and Order Pickers to support daily production requirements.
  • Assist with daily cycle counts and component replenishment.
  • Identify and communicate material shortages, damaged inventory, or inventory discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Prepare bulk shipments to customers and distribution centers by wrapping pallets and recording dims and weights.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and material flow in the warehouse.

YOUR TALENT

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ months experience in warehouse, material handling, receiving, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Current forklift certification and forklift operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate all material handling equipment safely.
  • Familiarity with product styles and ability to accurately identify part numbers.
  • Ability to read and interpret packing lists.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to decipher between products, identify defects, and inconsistencies.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment.
  • Ability to clearly understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Display a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, high-mix, production environment.
  • Able to work Monday-Friday 5:30AM – 2:00PM. Should be available to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with necessary support.
  • Capable of maintaining forklift certification and safely operate all material handling equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $16.90 - $20.58 + Bonus + Benefits
