What you will do
We're looking for an Associate Warehouse Manager (Onsite) to take charge of our inbound and outbound Peripheral Vascular (PV) distribution operation and drive excellence in receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping processes. In this role, you’ll manage a dedicated team, ensure receipt, inventory, and order accuracy, prioritize workplace safety, and continuously improve PV warehouse operations. You will lead a team of 6+ direct reports. Your mission will be to boost productivity, reduce costs, and streamline processes—all while making sure our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Warehouse Operations Management: Lead the efficient and accurate receipt of finished goods inventory and shipment of outbound orders, ensuring proper staging, inspection, and documentation of goods for inventory and distribution
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support PV distribution operation team members, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment. Provide training, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards for product quality, inventory control, and receiving and shipping accuracy, implementing quality control processes to minimize errors and discrepancies
Performance Optimization: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory, inbound, and outbound operations, using data insights to drive continuous improvement and operational success
Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline inbound and outbound processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall service levels
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing orders while addressing and resolving any shipping-related concerns
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure outbound operations consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, focusing on accuracy, speed, and communication throughout the shipping process
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
6 years of warehouse, logistics or related experience with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Preferred:
Certifications in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., Certified Warehouse Manager, Certified Supply Chain Professional)
APICS CLTD (Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution certification)
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems to support business operations, reporting, and process optimization
United States of America Pay Ranges:
USN $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
