Key Responsibilities / Duties

ETF Distribution Activities

・Support the Head of ETF Distribution by leading ETF proposals and sales initiatives for institutional investors (pensions, insurers, banks, asset managers), including pre‑meeting research, proposal drafting, meeting follow‑ups, and onboarding coordination.

・Engage in sales and promotional activities targeting securities firms and digital investment platforms, preparing positioning materials and coordinating joint campaigns.

・Develop ETF use cases and portfolio applications tailored to investor needs, reflecting client objectives, constraints, and implementation considerations.

Market Intelligence

・Prepare reports on ETF market trends, fund flows, and competitive landscape

・Produce research materials and insights that enhance sales narratives

Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders

・Partner with the marketing team to develop client materials and coordinate seminars/webinars

・Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and share insights

Sales Administration

・Handle administrative tasks related to product management and sales activities

Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications

Work Experience / Knowledge:

[Required]

・3–8 years of experience in the financial industry

・Asset management, securities firms, ETF providers, index companies, etc.

・Foundational knowledge of ETFs, foreign equities, and indexed investment strategies

・Experience using Bloomberg

・Client-facing experience (sales, relationship management, product specialist, etc.)

・Strong presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint / Excel)

・Native-level Japanese and the ability to read and write in English

・Experience in institutional investor coverage

・Deep knowledge of foreign ETFs and indexed investment strategies

・CFA, CMA

Formal Education:

・University graduate or higher

License / Registration / Certification:

Class-1 sales representative qualification (If not held, must be obtained after joining)
