About the Team

The Web Production Author/ Online Design Team ensure consistent, repeatable design and execution of ecommerce creative assets and experiences supporting Online Merchandising, Marketing and other partner across Lowe’s enterprise. The primary focus will be on ensuring consistent concepting, design and execution of ecommerce creative.

Executing direction from leadership, delivering results that align with strategic objectives, communicating critical information to other teams, managing vendor relationships, developing processes that align to organizational goals, specific technical skills required for managing a process.

The primary purpose of the Associate Analyst Online Design, is to ensure execution of ecommerce creative assets and experiences supporting all online channels. His/her primary focus will be on ensuring consistent design and execution of ecommerce creative for their team. He/she will assist & maintain design/build best practices for the team.

They ensure site operations executions are consistently executed according to defined processes, while continuously improving these processes to drive efficiency and elimination of execution errors. This role is key to delivering the Site Operation requests from Online Merchandising, Marketing and other core partners across the Lowe's enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for producing creative assets for time sensitive and/or confidential projects as well as assist with project overflow during peak production time frames.
  • Responsible for design execution within defined processes and timelines; follow best practices for design/ build execution
  • Responsible for issue resolution
  • Responsible for execution of pricing changes, marketing banners and spotlight updates, product and promotion configuration modifications, and special catalog and taxonomy changes on the various Lowe's online properties (i.e. lowes.com, iOS apps, Android Apps)
  • Works closely with other Site Operation teams, UX, Creative and Digital Commerce to ensure all projects are executed accurately and on-time
  • Ensure project completion in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet deliverable deadlines

Graduate in any degree

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

  • Ecommerce, online/omnichannel retail experience
  • Creative Tools knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Demonstrated delivery of business results
  • Time-management and organization skills
  • Strong execution skills and able to drive operational excellence
  • Ability to stretch across, especially for tier-1, Black Friday Holiday and other events
  • Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills enabling presentation of concepts and ideas
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and extreme attention to detail

Secondary Skills (desired)

  • Site Content Management tool knowledge
