We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital leader to drive employee onboarding, engagement, learning & development, and talent management initiatives across the organization. This role will play a strategic part in shaping employee experience, strengthening organizational culture, and implementing scalable people practices aligned with business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, possess strong leadership capabilities, and demonstrate expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, onboarding, and performance management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across the business.
- Conceptualize and implement innovative employee engagement, collaboration, and team-building programs.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies, engagement calendars, and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of engagement platforms and communication channels.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and seamless workflow execution for all new employees.
- Monitor onboarding programs and continuously improve onboarding processes and employee integration practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to enhance overall employee lifecycle management.
Learning & Development
- Design and administer learning and development programs aligned with organizational and business objectives.
- Identify learning needs through succession planning, performance management outputs, and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage training vendors and evaluate learning methodologies to maximize program effectiveness.
- Drive employee development through instructor-led and digital learning initiatives.
Performance & Talent Management
- Administer and continuously improve the performance management and appraisal systems.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives across functions.
- Monitor performance improvement plans (PIPs) and provide guidance to managers on employee development strategies.
- Measure the effectiveness of people programs using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to align human capital initiatives with business priorities.
- Lead and mentor HR teams while ensuring execution excellence across talent and engagement initiatives.
- Support change management and organizational transformation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HRBP functions.
- Strong experience in employee engagement, onboarding, learning & development, and performance management.
- Proven experience managing talent development and succession planning initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR systems and performance management tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or technology-driven organizations.
- Experience managing HR transformation or organizational development initiatives.
- Exposure to strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning functions.
