The company partners closely with brands across marketplaces, D2C, and performance channels, helping them scale sustainably through sharp strategy, execution rigor, and data-backed decision making. With a strong focus on outcomes, the firm operates at the intersection of consulting and execution, enabling measurable business impact for its clients.
We are looking to onboard a senior, business-first digital leader to drive end-to-end digital growth strategy for client brands. This is a frontline revenue and growth role focused on leveraging digital ecosystems including marketplaces, D2C, and performance channels to unlock measurable business outcomes. The role sits within the senior leadership team with direct influence on client growth, strategic direction, and the company’s own business trajectory. This is not a backend, product, or execution-only role. It requires strong business thinking, ownership, and the ability to translate digital levers into revenue impact.
Digital Growth Strategy
Diagnose and scale client brands’ online businesses across marketplaces and owned channels
Identify growth gaps versus competition and build clear, actionable strategies
E-commerce & Marketplace Strategy
Build go-to-market strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C ecosystems
Drive decisions across pricing, assortment, merchandising, and visibility levers
Performance & Analytics-Led Decisioning
Deep dive into digital and marketplace metrics to identify opportunities for growth
Translate data into sharp interventions that improve revenue and profitability
Client Advisory & Revenue Ownership
Work closely with clients in a consultative capacity
Convert insights into tangible business outcomes including revenue growth and margin improvement
Cross-Channel Integration
Align performance marketing, content, and marketplace strategies into a unified growth engine
Ensure consistency across channels to maximize impact
Leadership Contribution
Act as a core member of the leadership team
Contribute to overall business growth, strategic direction, and capability building
12–18 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or growth strategy roles
Strong expertise in digital analytics, marketplace strategy, and online GTM planning
Hands-on familiarity with marketplaces, D2C ecosystems, and performance marketing platforms
Proven ability to diagnose and improve online business performance versus competitors
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
Strong communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements
Has demonstrated entrepreneurial experience such as building, scaling, or attempting a venture
Has operated in high-ownership environments such as zero-to-one or one-to-scale journeys
Thinks like a business owner and not just a functional specialist
Strong bias for action with comfort in ambiguity and unstructured problem statements
Ability to connect digital metrics directly to revenue and profitability outcomes
Not a fit for candidates who have only worked in highly structured, execution-only corporate roles without ownership exposure
