IKS Health is an execution partner to care delivery organizations, bringing platform tools and operating support to own value-based care outcomes together. IKS has formed a new ACO convenor, Value Partners Collective ACO, to participate in the ACO LEAD model. Participants are currently based in the Pacific Northwest and will expand nationally, with a focus on micropolitan communities.
As the AVP, you will be accountable for the ACO’s financial performance, governance, and strategic growth. You will embed as a partner in our participant leadership teams who are newer to value-based care to drive workflow transformation and change management. You will lead a team over data, compliance, and sales functions. You will oversee ACO regulatory obligations, CMS reporting requirements, and necessary administrative functions.
The pay range for this position is $165,000- $180,000 a year. Pay is based on several factors, including current market conditions, location, education, work experience, and certifications.
