The Associate Vice Chancellor for Resource Planning & Budget leads the university's annual operating budget, multi-year financial planning, and strategic resource allocation processes. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the Executive Vice Chancellor, CFO, and senior leadership on the deployment of financial resources in support of institutional priorities, and owns tuition/revenue modeling, compensation and position planning, budget policy, and university-level financial scenario modeling. The position reframes resource planning as a forward-looking strategic capability rather than a single annual process.
