Associate Veterinarian– Haines City, FL
A well-established small animal practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, multi-doctor team. This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels who are looking to grow professionally while managing a diverse medical and surgical caseload in a supportive and community-focused setting.
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to patients
Build strong relationships with clients through compassionate communication
Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Manage a varied caseload including wellness visits, diagnostics, and routine surgeries
Support and mentor team members to promote a positive learning environment
DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or equivalent program completion)
Eligible for or currently holding an active veterinary license in the applicable state
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to high standards of patient care and client service
