Associate Veterinarian – Fitzgerald, GA

A companion animal clinic in Fitzgerald is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a patient-focused care team. This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys a mix of preventive, medical, and urgent cases while practicing compassionate medicine in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine exams, diagnostics, and medical evaluations

• Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans

• Perform medical and soft-tissue procedures

• Provide dental care and preventive services

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records

• Collaborate with technicians and support staff

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree

• Eligible for licensure in Georgia

• Experience in small-animal medicine preferred

• Comfort with urgent or same-day cases is a plus

• Strong communication and clinical judgment
