Associate Veterinarian – Gastonia, NC

A dynamic small animal practice is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative and supportive team. This role provides exposure to a wide variety of medical and surgical cases, opportunities for mentorship, and the chance to grow professionally in a positive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals

• Build strong relationships with clients through education and communication

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes

• Participate in ongoing learning and skill development opportunities

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent international qualification)

• Active or eligible veterinary license in the relevant state

• Strong commitment to patient care and client service

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
