Compensation + Schedule

• Annual salary: $100,000–$120,000, negotiable based on experience.
• 20% ProSal compensation structure.
• $30,000 sign-on bonus.
• Full-time position.
• Unlimited personal time.

What You’ll Do

• Examine, diagnose, and treat companion animals.
• Perform diagnostic testing, collect samples, and interpret results.
• Recommend preventive care and discuss treatment options with pet owners.
• Perform surgeries and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Counsel clients on end-of-life care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with veterinary ethics, regulations, and practice policies.

What You Bring

• DVM degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
• Appropriate state veterinary licensure.
• Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD credentials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional, courteous approach with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and safely handle heavier patients or equipment with assistance.
