Associate Veterinarian | Augusta, GA | Interesting Cases + 4-Day Workweek + No On-Call

Doctors also have dedicated surgery days and the opportunity to manage cases ranging from routine wellness to urgent care, dentistry, and complex surgery.

What You'll Find Here

Compensation + Schedule

• Base compensation: $110,000–$140,000 annually
• Production-based earning potential
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• One weekday off

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animal patients, including wellness, sick, urgent, walk-in, and drop-off appointments. You'll develop diagnostic and treatment plans, perform dentistry and surgery according to your experience, and communicate recommendations clearly with clients.

The caseload includes a broad range of procedures and medical cases, giving you opportunities to continue developing both your medical and surgical skills. You'll also collaborate closely with other veterinarians and a dedicated support team.

What You Bring

• DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program
• Georgia veterinary license or eligibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Ability to thrive in a busy practice
• Interest in continued clinical growth
• Surgical experience is a plus, not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
