Reporting To: Chelsea DeWitt

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 / year

Our team located in Estero, Florida prides themselves on their collaborative culture that integrates a variety of medical and surgical cases, while supporting you in your professional aspirations. This position would be a great opportunity for all experience levels.

Estero Animal Hospital has been serving the community since 2001! Our facility boasts digital full body & dental radiology, ultrasound, a dedicated surgical suite, Evet practice management software & so much more! Estero is sandwiched along Florida's Gulf Coast between Naples to the south and Fort Myers to the north.

  • Has over 8,500 square feet with 9 exam rooms
  • Treat yourself to exploring the beach, Koreshan State Historic Site, Mound Key Archaeological State Park, Miromar Outlet mall, Coconut Point Mall and diverse dining options.
  • Beautiful white-sand beaches

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
  • Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
  • Grow relationships within the practice and the Estero community
  • Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program
  • Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
