What You’ll Be Working On

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
• Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
• Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
• Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
• Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Illinois
• Must be able and willing to perform general surgical procedures
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous education and growth
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt and be flexible
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others
• Must be willing to and want to learn and grow skillset
