We are seeking an experienced mixed or large animal veterinarian to join our multi-doctor team at Animal Care Hospital of Williams Lake! As a practice with deep roots in the Cariboo community, we work with a diverse caseload that includes beef cattle, equine, small ruminants, and companion animals. Whether you prefer large animal only, or want a mix that includes small animals, we are open to either possibility.
We are building a community of care where teamwork and technology help support a sustainable work-life balance. With the facilities, equipment, and support staff in place to help you practice confidently, this is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and helping newer DVMs learn and grow.
We offer a competitive base salary of $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience, plus 23% production, CE allowance, relocation assistance, paid vacation and sick days, and a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance. For large animal work, you’ll have access to a fully equipped vet truck with a box.
Williams Lake is a quick 1-hour flight to Vancouver, or enjoy the beautiful drive! From camping, fishing, biking, hiking and golf, to local cafés, and shops, Williams Lake offers comfort, connection, and a lifestyle that fits you.
